Quilting and Sewing Classes

1) All classes must be paid for in full on the date you register.

2) Please be sure and pick up the class supply list so that you may get your materials together prior to class. Many classes require prior class preparation.

4) If a class minimum is not met Lone Star Quiltworks will refund your money.

5) If YOU are unable to attend the class we will issue a store credit with one weeks advance notice, providing your cancellation does not cause the class minimum to drop below 2 students.  You may take your refund in several forms; repeat the class at a different time, take another class by a different teacher, or receive a store gift certificate. Please be aware that not all classes are repeated!!

6) If the class is a multi day class and you miss a session, it is at the teacher's discretion to schedule a makeup date, or allow you to continue the class at their next offered session.

7) Please call or come by the shop several days before your class to make sure the minimum number of students has been met. This will be a good time to purchase your class supplies.

8) Lone Star Quiltworks has the patterns and fabrics for your class in stock. You will receive a 10% discount if you purchase your supplies from us!

9) PLEASE refrain from copying, tracing, sketching or reproducing any pattern without the benefit of purchasing said pattern or book.  It is illegal to copy printed materials for use in a class.  Pattern designers work very hard at producing and publishing their patterns and earn very little money from pattern sales.

10) Class begins promptly at the listed time.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your work station.

11) We ask as a courtesy to your fellow students that you silence your cell phones during class and do not wear strong perfume.
